Mower attachments are usually limited to garden and lawn tractors, but thanks to Jrco, you can increase the capabilities of ZTRs, standers, and even UTVs thanks to their clever attachment systems. These provide a way to quickly connect and remove lawn care tools without getting in the way of your mower’s functions.

What sets these apart from trailer-based equipment is the way they integrated with the mower, allowing full movement, even on ZTRs, while still being able to be removed by detaching a few clevis pins.
The Front Mount Bar
Most of Jrco’s attachments are designed to use their front mount bar system. It’s designed to attach to a wide range of mid and front-deck ZTRs as well as wide deck walk-behind and standing mowers.
Jrco keeps an updated list of compatible mowers on their website. A complete list would cover dozens of models, so to give you an idea of what the bar can be installed on, here’s a list of just the compatible mower manufacturers: Ariens, Bad Boy, Better Outdoor Products, BOB-CAT, Bunton, Bush Hog, Country Clipper, Cub Cadet Commercial, Dixie Chopper, Dixon, Encore, Everride, Exmark, Ferris, Grasshopper, Gravely, Great Dane, Honda, Howard Price, Husqvarna, Hustler, Jacobsen, John Deere, Kubota, Landpride, Lesco, Massey Ferguson, MTD, Rich, Scag, Simplicity, Snapper, Steiner, Toro, Walker, Woods, Worldlawn, Wright, Yazoo/Kees and Zipper. While not every mower by every one of these manufacturers is supported, there’s a good chance that the mower you own will work with this mounting system.
For most mowers, this bracket is designed to clamp onto the arms supporting the front caster wheels. The bar has U brackets that allow vertical adjustment so the attachment can be at the right height for your mower. Attachments mount to the front of the bar, creating a solid connection akin to a three point tractor hitch so everything moves as a unit. This retains your mower’s maneuverability and eliminates jackknifing when in use. With the attachment removed, the bar doesn’t interfere with the mower’s function.
Powering Attachments
There’s no need to worry about a PTO with Jrco’s attachment system: anything that needs power has its own engine on board. The only attachment that has any connection outside of the mount is the spot sprayer, which draws from the 12-volt power supply to operate the electric pump, while the Blower Buggy is designed to carry a walk-behind leaf blower, letting you clear leaves by pushing the blower around with your mower.
Using the Jrco Broadcast Spreader with UTVs
The 504U spreader is designed to attach to Jrco’s 1 ΒΌ inch hitch receiver mount. This lets it be used with a wide range of UTVs and even some commercial ATVs, functioning equally well whether it’s placed in a front or rear receiver hitch.
Rear Mounting with the Zero Turn Sprayer
You don’t want to be driving into the fertilizers and lawn chemicals you’re spraying, so this attachment comes with its own rear-mounted hitch bracket, offering the same ease of use as the front mount bar. The control levers for the spray valves also use a Clevis pin mounting system, letting you attach a bracket to your mower that lets you mount the levers within reach without interfering with your mower’s controls.
Garden Tractor Dethatcher
Garden tractors may come with the most OEM attachments, but Jrco also offers their popular tine dethatcher for a few models. The company makes versions of this dethatcher that is compatible with the Kubota BX, Simplicity Sovereign and Legacy, the Toro 5xi and Cub Cadet’s 2000 and 3000 Series tractors.
