The TrenchMaster model provides benefits above and beyond most trenchers. They are versatile, innovative pieces of equipment that can do a variety of work for professional landscapers and homeowners alike. The TrenchMaster features a wide array of digging rotors, which enable it to do several different jobs, including root pruning, stump removal, burying cable and much more. TrenchMaster features three models that can work for nearly any type of landscaping job.

All models offer the following design features:

– Fully enclosed rotors – safety first!
– Low profile
– Clay hood to reduce soil build-up
– Quick rotor change outs

The last feature is where the TrenchMaster really shines. Because of all the rotors that enable the TrenchMaster to do a variety of jobs, you want them to be easy to remove. One nut allows you to get the right rotor for the job every time.

The Model F704 TrenchMaster is the small, lightweight offering in the lineup. This machine allows for easy operation and maximum maneuverability. It’s easy to load and unload and can be operated by one person. The F704 offers a 6.5 horsepower heavy-duty industrial engine and steel wheels with pneumatic tires. It can dig at a rate of 20 feet per minute, depending on the soil conditions and rotor in use. It has a depth of seven inches and a width of a half to two inches.

The Model F904 TrenchMaster is a slightly bigger machine, at 162 pounds to the F704’s 140 and is made mainly for irrigation jobs and sprinkler system installation. It can still be operated by one person and is easy to load and unload. This machine offers a nine horsepower commercial Honda engine and steel wheels with pneumatic tires. It can dig up to 25 feet per minute depending on soil and rotor. It has a depth of up to nine inches and a depth between a half and two inches.

The Model F1202 TrenchMaster is the biggest machine weighing in at 260 pounds. This machine is ideal for larger, commercial projects, but still leaves a minimal footprint with very little turf damage or compaction. The engine is a 13 horsepower commercial Honda model and it can dig at a rate of 20 feet per minute dependent on soil type and rotor. The depth has a wide range between three and 12 inches and the width is three inches.

All models have a double belt and pulley system drive and tungsten carbide points. Some rotors available for the TrenchMaster machines include clay rotors, rock rotors, root pruners, stump masters and curbing rotors. Most rotors come in more than one size for your convenience.
